Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Jackson, MS)

Redstone Yarrow Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Jackson, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tickets. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
