Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Umber Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
