Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Clear Transit Planning and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service alerts. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
