Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Jackson, MS)

Highbridge Meadow Construction is a Jackson contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving change orders. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
