Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Jackson, MS)

Bright Meadow Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
