Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Stone Telecom Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
