Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Maple Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Indianapolis area. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
