Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Partners operates automotive service and parts businesses around Indianapolis, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
