Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Indianapolis, IN)

Northwind Iron Manufacturing is a Indianapolis manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
