Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Indianapolis, IN)

Westbrook Forge Civic Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 726 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving constituent requests. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • PMP or CAPM certification.
