Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Bluepeak Field Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Honolulu. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving repair requests. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
