Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Greenridge Clear Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Honolulu, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving family communication. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
