Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Grand Rapids, MI)

Rivermark Yarrow Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving procurement. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
