Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Grand Rapids, MI)

Greenridge Fox Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Grand Rapids region. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
