Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Grand Rapids, MI)

Stonegate Junction Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Grand Rapids and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving water quality. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
