Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Maple Staffing and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving onboarding. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
