Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Grand Rapids, MI)

Silverline Sparrow Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Grand Rapids presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer programmes. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
