Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Grand Rapids, MI)

Lumen Keystone Arts Center is an arts centre in Grand Rapids with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visitor services. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
