Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Grand Rapids, MI)

Harborlight Quarry Telecom is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 869 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving network equipment. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
