Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Fresno, CA)

Silverline Keystone Facilities is a facilities company in Fresno with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
