Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Fresno, CA)

Cedar Drift Energy is an energy provider in Fresno focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
