Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath Junction Community Partners Group is a Fort Worth charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 539 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving grant reporting. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
