Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Highbridge Drift Health provides primary and specialty care in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinic supplies. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
