Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Fernwood Bright Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
