Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Quarry Energy is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
