Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Detroit, MI)

Bluepeak Maple Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Detroit plant. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
