Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Detroit, MI)

Foxglove Yarrow Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Detroit, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
