Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Detroit, MI)

Cedar Forge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Detroit focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
