Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Detroit, MI)

Lumen Glen Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Detroit. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
