Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Detroit, MI)

Northwind Bridge Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Detroit, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
