Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Des Moines, IA)

Harborlight Meadow Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
