Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Denver, CO)

Ironwood North Community Partners is a Denver charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Denver. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
