Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Ridge Community Partners is a Denver charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
