Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Dallas, TX)

Cedar Cobalt Construction is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving subcontractor invoices. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
