Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Columbus, OH)

Harborlight River Medical designs and makes medical devices in Columbus, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
