Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Columbus, OH)

Harborlight Ashton Facilities looks after properties across the Columbus region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
