Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Northwind West Energy is an energy provider in Colorado Springs focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving hardship programmes. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
