Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Cleveland, OH)

Stonegate Ashton Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Cleveland focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
