Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Granite Manufacturing Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 642 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
