Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath Glen Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
