Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Cincinnati, OH)

Stonegate Harbor Health runs clinics and patient services around Cincinnati, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
