Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Cincinnati, OH)

Cedar Glen Facilities is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • PMP or CAPM certification.
