Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Nova Granite Water Authority and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
