Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Cincinnati, OH)

Greenridge Harbor Care Services provides in-home and community support in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
