Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Cincinnati, OH)

Greenridge Field Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
