Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Chicago, IL)

Westbrook Timber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Chicago region. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
