Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Chicago, IL)

Foxglove Haven Water Authority is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • PMP or CAPM certification.
