Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Chicago, IL)

Nova River Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Chicago area, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving capital projects. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
