Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Nova Umber Inspection Services and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
