Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (Buffalo, NY)

Lumen Bright Community Partners is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 241 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving grant reporting. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
